Ce dessert aux perles japon (appelées aussi tapioca), est aussi doux qu’un lassi. La cardamome délivre subtilement ses arômes : idéal en fin de repas épicé…

Réalisation : facile
Cuisson : 45 minutes

  • 80 g de perles japon
  • 100 g de sucre
  • 1 litre de lait
  • 3 cardamomes
  • pistils de safran pour décorer (facultatif).
  1. Entailler légèrement les gousses de cardamome.
  2. Dans une casserole, faire cuire tous les ingrédients pendant environ 45 mn en remuant de temps en temps.
  3. Enlever les gousses de cardamome.
  4. Servir tiède en décorant de pistils de safran.
